When I joined Dallas Market Center, a global leader in B2B commerce with annual revenues exceeding $1B, their website and digital marketing strategies had not been updated since 2012, significantly limiting their ability to engage effectively with customers and drive growth. Recognizing the opportunity for transformation, I spearheaded the complete redesign of their website (see my wireframe design to the left), optimizing it for modern digital marketing initiatives and aligning it with retention-focused strategies.
 

This comprehensive overhaul included the integration of loyalty programs and the development of a robust content strategy featuring blogs and engaging content designed to attract and retain customers. While the strategic foundation was set and primed for success, the organization was not yet ready to fully adopt this modernized approach. Despite this, the initiative demonstrated a clear vision for leveraging digital platforms to enhance customer engagement and drive long-term growth.

Directed the development and execution of a comprehensive email marketing strategy, focusing on audience segmentation to deliver more personalized and relevant content. This approach resulted, as well as elevating the creative direction, resulted in a 30% increase in email engagement rates and a 15% boost in conversion rates. By leveraging HubSpot's automation tools, I was able to streamline communication and ensure customers received timely, targeted messages that resonated with their needs, ultimately driving improved engagement and business results.
