Liquor Lab originally operated on a custom-built website that significantly under performed. For five years, the site had no CRM, did not collect customer data, lacked digital marketing efforts, had no SEO strategy, and showed no understanding of how customers discovered the brand. The landing pages also did not clearly identify the brand identity or its offerings. To address this, I spearheaded a complete overhaul of the digital infrastructure. I built new, conversion-optimized landing pages using Builder, leveraging A/B testing to refine creative. By utilizing Google site maps, I identified where users were getting stuck and collaborated with developers to optimize the UX/UI for a seamless experience. I also implemented geolocating tools, enabling customers to easily switch between venues. To streamline ticketing and back-end operations, I integrated SevenRooms, which allowed for scheduling, promoting classes, and enhancing CRM capabilities like email and SMS communication. This upgrade revolutionized customer-facing communications around purchases, provided clear navigation of offerings, and introduced both calendar and class-view booking options. The transformation equipped Liquor Lab with the tools to engage customers effectively, improve retention, and support long-term growth.
