In 2019, Amanda Daum's brand, Sticks, made a strong impression in the industry by attending prominent trade shows such as Playtime NYC and Dallas Market Center’s KidsWorld. At Playtime NYC, Sticks earned the prestigious "Brand to Watch" award from the Pirouette blog, an honor awarded to one standout brand from over 1,500 exhibitors. Sticks also garnered significant support, winning a $40,000 grant from Chip and Joanna Gaines’ ChipStarter program. With appearances in various press outlets, Amanda positioned Sticks as a leading force in the slow-fashion kids' market, celebrated for its unique vision and meaningful impact.
