Identifying a key insight: moms wanted softer, higher-quality fabrics for their children’s clothing- I sourced a female-owned factory in Peru, renowned for producing fine knits for luxury brands like Ulla Johnson and YSL. Leveraging my expertise in design and product development, I worked with the factory from concept to production, ensuring every detail of the 12-SKU collection reflected my brand's values of quality and craftsmanship.

We used Peruvian Pima cotton and alpaca fibers, to deliver a line of sweaters, jumpers, dresses, and sets that guaranteed comfort and durability for our customer. I led every aspect of the collection's launch, from product design to crafting compelling product narratives and managing eCommerce, MadeBySticks.com, and exclusive retail partnership with Maisonette. This collection not only met consumer demand but also solidified Sticks reputation as a leader in premium kids’ fashion.
